Body Flow Nutrition is designed by Kendra Thatcher, DTR, as a realistic approach to incorporating healthful and nutritious foods onto your plate - making healthy eating attainable, unpretentious, and oh so yummy.

Eating healthy is neither a fad nor a diet.  Rather, it is a conscious decision to care for yourself both inside and out!  Kendra's plans are individual and specific to each client to ensure changes are sustainable and practical.  Kendra is a Registered Dietetic Technician with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and has extensive experience in the culinary arts as a chef, teacher, and recipe developer.  After nearly a decade in the lifestyle TV biz, Kendra went back to school to "cure cancer, not ham".  Equipped with science and spices, Kendra's ready to help you meet your healthiest version of you!

Offerings & Expectations:

4 One-Hour Sessions.  Based on your schedule and availability, your sessions can be either weekly or bi-weekly.  This package includes a thorough initial visit where you'll review anthropometric measures, food habits, receive your food journal, and set goals.  Over the following three visits, you will review and discuss your weekly journal, track anthropometric data and goal progression, learn tips to mindful food choices, and receive recipes you can incorporate into your diet.  It's always a good time to get started so email or call us today!

O3 Nutrition Coaching.  You will meet one-on-one with Kendra to discuss your eating habits, likes/dislikes, dietary needs, and any restrictions you might have.  Together, you will set goals and create an action plan which will utilize data to ensure accountability and success.

In the Kitchen: Recipes and Shopping Lists.  Need help with some knife skills and cooking techniques?  We've got you covered!  Together you will work on recipes that are not only delicious, but that serve up balanced amounts of macro and micro nutrients.  You'll be able to incorporate these dishes into your own routine with easy to follow directions and shopping lists.  

Mindful Eating. Increase your energy and glow!  Get better sleep and think more clearly!  These are not the same old empty claims.  When we become mindful of the foods we eat and are aware of how they affect our moods and bodies, choosing healthy becomes a no brainer!
