Body Flow Ride is a Pilates-based exercise regimen created for equestrians by Jennifer Chaki.

For many of us, riding is our passion and a huge part of our lives. Over time, imbalances and poor posture can develop and can not only be seen in your riding but more importantly, can affect how you ride. Rounded shoulders, lower back pain, tight hamstrings and hip flexors are common complaints from many of us riders. Body Flow Ride will help create efficient bodily function in the saddle as well as counteracting the stress that riding puts on our bodies on and off the horse.

Benefits

  1. Build core strength and increase flexibility. Core stability and strength will allow for independence of arms and legs while riding.

  2. Deepen your seat by developing better posture. You will find less bouncing in the saddle and more connection to your horses movement.

  3. Create a mind-body connection which can build a more trusting relationship between horse and rider. Your horse will have more confidence with your strength and ability and will respond better to your commands.

Body Flow Ride is suitable for all levels and riding styles. Group workshops and private sessions can be held at your facility or in our studio. Body Flow Ride is a great add on to riding clinics. Contact Jennifer for rates and availability.
