Body Flow Movement Studio is an intimate, boutique Pilates experience. We are committed to helping our clients reclaim strength, stamina, and movement with mind and body connection.

SCHEDULING CLASSES: At Body Flow Movement Studio, we use Wellness Living to book all classes. Signup is easy using this software, and can be done on your smartphone, tablet, desktop, or laptop computer. There are various package options ranging from single sessions to multi-class packages.  Class cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Class space is limited, therefore, 24 hour notice for cancellations is required. Cancellations made on time will result in your class being credited back to your account. Any cancellations made within less than 24 hours before scheduled class will result in your class being deducted from your account.

Single Class $26

4-Classes $94 (good for 60-days from purchase date)

8-Classes $168 (good for 90-days from purchase date-this package is ideal for clients who come twice a week.
