Pole fitness is a fun, challenging, and addictive workout! Our small group pole classes are taught in a positive, safe, and non-judgemental environment. All shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness levels are welcome! Pole classes start with stretching and warm up exercises. Our teachers will lead you through moves that will help you gain confidence and strength while having fun!

Classes are offered mornings, evenings and weekends!

Private and semi-private sessions are available.

We host really fun private pole parties too!
